Hatmaking Supply links

General Millinery supplies
~ Hats by Leko - General and comprehensive millinery supply house. There is very little that Sandra Leko doesn't have. Nice lady, too. Just starting out? Go here first. She has the most kinds of hat sizing anywhere, and is comfortable shipping internationally.
~ Judith M Millinery -Another great general millinery supply house. Finally found real hatpin blanks here! Service was very fast.

Milliner's Belting/Grosgrain:

This is the curve-able Millinery belting (milliner's grosgrain -like I use on the edges of hats).
~ Hats by Leko - If you need one roll, just get it here.
~ http://www.ribbonconnections.com - These guys show some in their catalog.  Waiting on Prices. Wholesale only.
~ http://www.zeemancorp.com/ZeemanCorp - Millinery belting (milliner's grosgrain -like I use on the edges of hats). tons and tons, and at a great price. I really need to go visit them.
~ http://www.schiffribbons.com/ - These folks have it, but not shown online. You have to download their catalog, and then look for item # 652. Waiting on Prices. Wholesale only.
~ http://www.unitedribbons.com/ - TI believe these are the supplier for both JKM and Ribbonconnections. Wholesale only - but I  LOVE their products, and I have a color swatch ring for them!  Excited to make contact with them.

Blocks
~ Frank's cane and rush supply - Inexpensive "polyblock" hat blocks. They only have a few styles, but they work really well (with some slight modification.) Certainly a good block to learn on.

Wire
~ http://www.parawire.com/ - Wholesale Millinery wire supplier. It's really inexpensive, but you had better need a lifetime supply.
~ Hats by Leko - If you need one roll, just get it here.

Feathers
~ http://www.zuckerfeather.com/ - Wholesale feathers. I think they have a retail price list as well, but you do need a tax ID in order to order from them wholesale.
~ The Feather Guy on ebay. Best prices recently on Ostrich Wing plumes. The short ones he has are perfect for what I need!

Felt Blanks
~ Hats by Leko - If you need one blank, just get it here.
~ http://manhatco.com/ - If you need felt blanks by the dozen, this is a great place. Lots of colors.
~ http://www.jaygerish.com/products.htm - If you need ten dozen hat blanks, and/or you can go hand select them, this place is the best! They did send me some samples, and I'm planning a trip out there soon!!

Tools
~ http://www.etsy.com/shop/decoustudio    New, gorgeous, functional, vintage reproduction hatmaking tools! I need one of everything.
